Deepen your Discipleship

A man is walking along a winding path towards a sun set.

Does your church have a pathway that disciples people in every stage and season of life?

Often in the church, we are good at doing the 101 of discipleship, but struggle with knowing what to offer our more mature.  We offer discipleship, but aren’t equipping disciple-makers.

We'll help you create a contextualized pathway and plan for lifelong discipleship for your church or ministry.

Discipleship Pathway Coaching

In these sessions, Josiah will work with your leadership team or ministry leaders in strengthening your discipleship pathway. We'll begin with where you are at, naming the gaps and strengths, and reflecting on your unique DNA and culture.  Next we'll explore how to build a staged-pathway that will work for your context.  Josiah is able to help out with each step of the process from dreaming to exploring to building to communicating and evaluating.

Workshops and Conferences

Supplement and strengthen your spiritual formation through a retreat or conference with Emmaus.  We offer half-day and full day interactive events on topics like:
~Recognizing and Releasing your Spiritual Gifts
~ Listening to God's Voice for Yourself and Others
~Spiritual Rhythms of Leadership
~ Leading Out of Who You Are

During his time as Chaplain at Redeemer University, Josiah developed a leadership pathway for emerging kingdom leaders that was highly impactful.  This pathway was effective in identifying, equipping and releasing leaders who could immediately apply their learning. These leaders have been able to take this learning and formation into various ministry leadership roles. I appreciated the way Josiah was able to intentionally build into student leaders. Particularly effective were his developmental cohort groups that shaped these leaders in the practices and postures of leadership and disciple-making. He also offered leadership coaching & mentoring, spiritual formation workshops and an academic class on leadership that was a favorite class for many.  Josiah will provide thoughtful instruction and coaching that will help your people and organization develop and bless others.
